Position & Project Details
- Position: Project Research Scientist – I (Non-Medical)
- Project Title: Bio-SLIM: Ultrasound-Assisted Bioprinting for In Vitro Modeling of Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes.
- Stipend: ₹56,000/- per month + 10% HRA (for candidates with ICMR/DBT/CSIR JRF or valid GATE scores); others paid per Institute norms.

Eligibility and Skills Required
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in biotechnology or biomedical engineering.
- Essential Qualification: First Class Post-Graduate Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Sciences.
- Desirable Experience: Familiarity with ultrasound-based techniques, biofabrication platforms, or mechanobiology-driven tissue modeling.
- Advanced Standing: Candidates with a Ph.D. (awarded or thesis submitted) in allied non-medical disciplines are preferred.
