Job Details:
The Research Associate job for the Product Characterization role involves structural and functional characterization of proteins using LC-MS. The position focuses on impurity characterization, biosimilarity assessment, data analysis, method development, and scientific documentation to support CMC and regulatory dossier submissions.
Work Experience:
- Should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience
Education:
- Masters in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
- Post Graduation in Biopharmaceutics
Key Responsibilities:
- Structural and functional characterization of proteins using LC-MS
- Impurity characterization and advanced LC-MS applications
- Data analysis and review for bio similarity assessment
- Planning and execution of LC-MS characterization experiments
- Drafting and reviewing reports and presentations for CMC and regulatory dossiers
- Preparation of scientific study protocols and reports
- Method development and qualification documentation
- Review of MS data and result reporting
