- Duration: 02 Years.
- Remuneration: ₹58,000 + 27% HRA per month.
- Age Limit: 35 Years.
Job Description & Research Scope
The selected candidate will be involved in high-end experimental and computational workflows to decode enzyme mechanisms.
- Wet Lab Operations: Protein expression and purification from E. coli systems, site-directed mutagenesis, and performing complex enzyme assays.
- Biophysical Analysis: Conducting binding studies using Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC).
- Computational Modeling: Utilizing DFT (Density Functional Theory) and MD (Molecular Dynamics) simulations for computational analysis of enzyme-substrate interactions.
Eligibility & Preferred Skills
To qualify for this Research Associate Job, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in molecular biophysics.
- Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences. Candidates who have submitted their thesis before the application deadline are also eligible to apply.
