Job Overview:
In this Regulatory Analyst job, you will ensure that product launches are compliant with international regulations, including GHS, SDS, Trade Compliance, and Chemical Registration. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and analyzing product data, and ensuring regulatory documentation is complete and accurate for global operations in Biochemistry Jobs at MERCK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Management and third-party vendors for product launch readiness
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements (GHS, SDS, Chemical Registration)
- Prepare and analyze product composition and physical property data
- Use SAP, JIRA, Palantir, and Microsoft Suite to provide data to downstream teams
- Support internal processing teams with hazard characterization and documentation
- Maintain accurate regulatory records and compliance logs
- Participate in problem-solving and critical assessment for regulatory workflows
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biochemistry, or Toxicology
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in SAP, JIRA, Palantir, and Microsoft Suite
