Key Responsibilities & Daily Activities
The role centers on the intersection of pharmaceutical compliance and sophisticated data management.
- Metrics & Reporting: Responsible for generating and analyzing EU Gx & Specialties metrics, as well as providing ad hoc global reports to support business decisions.
- Data Systems: Frequent entry, retrieval, and analysis of critical data within GRIDS and other internal Teva RA systems.
- Compliance Support: Assisting the GRA Compliance function by monitoring periodic reviews of SOPs and Work Instructions through Document Management Systems (DMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborating with R&D, Portfolio, and other RA business units to ensure all retrieved data is accurate, efficient, and fully compliant with global standards.
Eligibility & Qualifications
This Life Sciences Job requires a candidate with strong analytical capabilities and a background in scientific or information technology disciplines.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences. An MS in a scientific discipline is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience. Preference is given to those with backgrounds in regulatory operations, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or the medical device industry.
- Technical Skills: Significant experience in data management, handling large datasets, and advanced proficiency in database information retrieval.
- Core Focus: Global metrics, EU reporting, and data integrity within Regulatory Information Management Systems (RIMS).
