Key Responsibilities
In this R&D Job, you will be responsible for the initial stages of the biopharmaceutical production cycle:
- Cell Culture Operations: Execute mammalian cell culture from the seed train through to large-scale production bioreactors.
- Bioreactor Management: Operate and monitor single-use bioreactors and their associated control systems.
- Aseptic Handling: Prepare media, feeds, and buffers while maintaining strict contamination control and aseptic protocols.
- Tech Transfer & Scale-up: Support technology transfer and process optimization to move molecules from lab scale to commercial production.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities align with procedural controls and maintain meticulous documentation for regulatory audits.
