Key Responsibilities & Technical Scope
The role focuses on high-precision microbial analysis and environmental control to ensure the safety of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Microbiological Analysis: Perform MLT (Microbial Limit Testing), BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Testing), and microbial analysis of water and products as per official monographs and SOPs.

Environmental Monitoring: Execute routine environmental monitoring and water sampling, ensuring all data is accurately documented and reported in the LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

Laboratory Standards: Maintain the 5S workplace standards and oversee the preparation of media, cultures, and reagents. Ensure the use of certified glassware and reference standards.

Compliance & Investigations: Strictly follow ALCOA++ data integrity principles. Responsible for initiating investigations into laboratory deviations such as LIR (Lab Investigation Report), OOT (Out of Trend), and OOS (Out of Specification).

Equipment Management: Handle the calibration and verification of instruments including pH meters, analytical balances, colony counters, and autoclaves.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Experience Level: 3–6 Years.

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology.

Compliance Framework: Deep expertise in cGMP, GLP, GDP, and ALCOA++ standards is mandatory.
