Key Responsibilities & Functional Scope
The role requires a blend of hands-on laboratory operation and administrative quality management to support the broader Quality Management System (QMS).
- Analytical Testing: Operate specialized laboratory equipment to conduct a variety of QC tests, including Vacuum Leak tests and ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) contamination testing.
- Quality Compliance: Ensure all lab activities align with ISO 9001 standards and organizational policies. You will be instrumental in the closure of deviations, customer complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Documentation & Records: Maintain meticulous laboratory records and ensure the integrity of all data generated during testing phases.
- Audit Readiness: Actively participate in both internal and external audits, providing the necessary documentation to prove compliance and lab performance.
- Lab Management: Support the planning and procurement of laboratory equipment to maintain an efficient and modern QC workspace.
Eligibility and Experience Profile
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong academic foundation in the Biochemistry Job sector or analytical sciences.
- Education: Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biochemistry from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 1–3 years of working experience in a Quality Control laboratory, with a preference for those from the pharmaceutical industry or recognized research institutes.
- Technical Skills: Experience in planning and running a QC lab, coupled with a deep understanding of safety protocols and documentation standards.
