Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance Personnel – GLP role at Syngene involves ensuring compliance with OECD Good Laboratory Practices, ICH, and WHO-GCLP guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with OECD GLP, ICH, and WHO-GCLP guidelines
- Handle inspections and audits related to GLP Quality Assurance
- Manage QMS activities including change controls, deviations, and CAPA
- Review SOPs, study plans, MOAs, and study reports
- Perform study, facility, and process-based inspections
- Audit raw data and final reports for bioanalytical studies
- Review computerized system documentation as per OECD 17 and 21 CFR Part 11
- Support Quality Assurance documentation within the QAU
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in any life science with a strong foundation and comprehensive expertise.
Skills Required:
- In-depth understanding of Quality Assurance and GLP regulations
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong analytical and scientific problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
