Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QMS components including document control systems, change control, deviation, CAPA, training records, audit trail, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate creation, review, approval, version control, and archival of quality documentation
- Ensure accessibility of documents in electronic systems such as Veeva QMS and MasterControl
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and tracking findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality procedures
- Monitor QMS performance metrics and generate reports for management
- Identify gaps in documentation and recommend improvements
- Train staff on QMS procedures and documentation best practices
- Maintain and update quality data in QA systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support audits and inspections by ensuring traceability and readiness of quality records
- Participate in system upgrades, validation activities, and UAT
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2-4 years in LS QA document control within GMP-regulated environments
Skills Required
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH, and ISO standards
- Experience with QMS platforms such as Veeva QMS, MasterControl, TrackWise
- Understanding of QA documentation workflows
- Familiarity with regulatory submission processes
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate across life science functions
