Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert Quality and Compliance guidance, authoring and reviewing system compliance documentation.
- Prepare and maintain documentation aligned with FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 standards, and IVDR adherence.
- Collaborate to uphold and enhance quality standards, driving improvements in design and development processes.
- Monitor and enhance QMS performance, ensuring robust compliance infrastructure.
- Lead audits and drive programs for software design quality improvement.
- Partner with global teams to align with organizational and global quality policies.
- Communicate risks and insights for proactive decision-making.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of FDA, CDSCO, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IVDR compliance.
- Experience with QMS, document control systems, and SDLC processes.
- Ability to manage audits in regulated environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance activities.
- Experience in large-scale continuous improvement projects like Lean Six Sigma.
