Job Overview
The primary focus of this role is the administration, troubleshooting, and compliance management of the electronic Quality Assurance Management System.
Key Responsibilities:

QAMS Coordination: Serve as the departmental coordinator for the Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS), ensuring all quality events are logged and tracked.

System Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting issues within the QAMS system to ensure zero downtime in quality documentation.

Quality Trending: Execute periodic data analysis, including Quarterly and Annual trending of deviations, changes, and CAPAs, to identify systemic risks.

Audit Management: Play a key role in managing both Internal and External audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA), ensuring that the facility remains inspection-ready.

Compliance Oversight: Manage and track audit compliance activities, ensuring that any observations are addressed through robust corrective actions.
Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for this Biotechnology job, candidates must meet the following academic and professional criteria:

Education: Master’s in Science (M.Sc.) or Biotechnology.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
