Key Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer, you will be the guardian of product integrity across the regional supply chain, ensuring every can meets Monster’s unconventional standards.
- Auditing & Remediation: Execute scheduled internal and external Quality/Food Safety Management System audits. You will not only identify gaps but actively manage the remediation process to close them.
- Investigations: Lead the charge in investigating consumer complaints and product non-conformances, utilizing data interpretation to prevent future issues.
- Site Qualifications: Provide leadership updates on critical projects, including water qualifications, environmental evaluations, and site risk assessments.
- Validation: Participate in and execute validation activities to support business needs and site improvement projects.
- System Improvement: Continuously refine and improve the Company’s Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Eligibility & Skills
This role is ideal for technical professionals, particularly those from a Microbiology Job background, who possess an analytical edge.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Microbiology or a relevant technical field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a technical role within food, dietary supplements, or pharma manufacturing.
- Testing Expertise: At least 1 year of experience across a variety of laboratory testing methods.
- Preferred Certifications: Professional credentials such as HACCP, PCQI, or Lead Auditor certifications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Core Objective: Turbocharging compliance processes, conducting supplier audits, and tackling consumer non-conformances.
- Analytical Tools: Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MiniTab or GraphPad is highly preferred.
