Educational Qualification
• B.Sc / M.Sc in:
• Microbiology
• Life Sciences
• Food Science / Food Technology
• Biotechnology or related disciplines
Experience
• 1–3 years of relevant QC Microbiology experience in:
• Pharmaceutical
• Life Sciences
• Food or FMCG industry
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Specific Requirements
• Hands-on experience in QC Microbiology testing.
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and basic regulatory guidelines.
• Familiarity with microbiology testing related to Life Sciences / Food Sciences.
• Good documentation practices and data integrity awareness.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform routine microbiological analysis such as:
• Total Viable Count (TVC)
• Yeast & Mold count
• Pathogen testing (as applicable)
• Conduct environmental monitoring (air, surface, water, personnel hygiene monitoring).
• Perform water analysis (potable water, purified water, RO water, etc.).
• Media preparation, media growth promotion tests, and sterilization activities.
• Handle and maintain microbiology laboratory instruments (incubators, autoclaves, laminar airflow, colony counters).
• Ensure proper sampling, testing, and documentation as per SOPs.
• Maintain GMP, GLP, and hygiene standards in the microbiology laboratory.
• Prepare and review test reports, logbooks, and records accurately.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Assist in investigations related to OOS, deviations, and CAPA.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company quality policies.
