Job Overview:
This QC Analyst job involves microbiological and chemical analysis activities in a regulated laboratory environment. The QC Microbiology Analyst is responsible for microbiological testing such as bioburden, microbial limit tests, sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin testing, and environmental monitoring. The role also includes water sampling, utility monitoring, lab maintenance, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and EHSS requirements as defined by Syngene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological analysis including bioburden, MLT, sterility, and BET
- Conduct chemical analysis of water samples (PW, WFI, POW)
- Handle environmental and utility monitoring activities
- Manage sample receipt for raw materials, in-process, finished, and stability samples
- Execute method verification activities for microbiological tests
- Maintain microbiology laboratory, media preparation, sterilization, and disposal
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and clean room conditions
- Follow EHSS policies, hygiene practices, and safety protocols
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology
- Entry-level candidates are eligible
- Exposure to QC microbiology laboratory practices preferred
