Job Overview:
The Senior Program and Project Management Consultant role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing complex consulting projects across global clients. This position supports regulated software implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction—making it a highly sought-after role among Project Management Jobs in life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and software vendors to build detailed project schedules
- Prepare and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and documentation
- Conduct effective virtual meetings and cross-regional workshops
- Monitor project status and escalate risks to avoid timeline slippage
- Author project charters, change requests, status reports, and closure documents

- Experience managing projects with remote, distributed teams
- Awareness of GxP computer system validation processes
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and systems would be helpful, but is not required
