Job Details:
- Job Title: Project Associate – I (On Project)
- Project Title: Microchromosomes and Their Role in Cancer
- Mode of Interview: Online
Consolidated Salary:
- Rs. 39,370/- per month. (Rs. 31,000/-+27% HRA) p.m. or national fellowship, if available.
Duration:
- Six months and extendable. (The work progress of candidates will be monitored, and extension may be given after 6 months.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Computational data analysis related to cancer research
- Bioinformatics and AI-based data interpretation
- Supporting research activities linked to microchromosomes
- Assisting in project documentation and reporting
Skills Required:
- Strong background in bioinformatics and computational biology
- Practical experience in data analysis and artificial intelligence
- Familiarity with national research standards
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification:
- A Master’s degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, or allied areas with common programming subjects such as Python, R, Linux shell, etc.
Desirable Experience:
- Practical experience in computational data analysis, including bioinformatics and artificial intelligence, will be preferred. Candidates qualified in national exams (CSIR NET, GATE, DBT-JRF etc.) will be preferred.
