Project Title
Development of Highly Efficient Oxygen Scavenger Sachets Using Natural Rubber Silica Composites for Enhanced Food Preservation

1. Project Associate – I (PAT-I)
Number of Positions: 1
Stipend: ₹25,000/month + HRA (as per norms)
Essential Qualification
MSc in Food Science & Technology
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Food Engineering or equivalent)
Experience
Research & Development (R&D) experience in laboratory or field-based activities (desirable)

2. Project Associate – II (PAT-II)
Number of Positions: 1

MSc in Food Science & Technology (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of R&D experience in industrial, academic, or S&T organizations
Desirable Experience
- Food shelf-life analysis
- Food packaging technologies

Age relaxation:

Important Eligibility Notes
- Candidates must have completed the required qualification (result declared)
- Final-semester / result-awaited candidates are not eligible
- Total engagement as CSIR Project Staff must not exceed 6 years
- Candidates who have already completed 6 years in CSIR projects are not eligible
Selection Process
