Job Overview:
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Parexel supports clinical trial execution by coordinating with investigator sites, managing start-up and maintenance activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate trial documentation, while prioritizing patient safety and data quality.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site start-up activities from identification to activation
- Act as the main liaison between Parexel and investigator sites
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documents (IRB/IEC, ICF, CSA)
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) with first-time quality standards
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulatory guidelines
- Update and manage Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
- Identify risks, resolve site issues, and escalate when required
- Support study maintenance activities through close-out
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and terminology
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a matrix environment
- Proficiency in CTMS, eTMF, MS Excel, and Word
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
