Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Queries
- Coordinate analytical queries from US/OAM/EM regulatory agencies
- Ensure timely responses from Analytical to Regulatory teams
- Revise specifications and STPs aligned with regulatory query outcomes
Pharmacopoeial Compliance of Excipients
- Review pharmacopoeial updates from IP, USP, BP, and EP
- Perform gap assessments for pharmacopoeial changes
- Evaluate updates and revise related specifications and STPs
Excipient Review for New & LCM Projects

Manage review and release of excipient specifications for new development, LCM, and filing projects
Creation of Specifications / ATP
- Prepare specifications and STPs for new drug products, APIs, vendor additions, and updates
- Support lifecycle management updates
- Review vendor documentation for outsourced APIs
- Track multiple documents under review for timely approval and release
Educational Qualification
Experience
Tenure: 3 to 8 years.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of analytical development in pharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and pharmacopoeial standards
- Experience in specification and STP preparation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder coordination
- Strong documentation and communication skills
