Emoluments
Rs. 37000 + HRA per month as per norms and as sanctioned in the project.
Qualification
Candidate having Master’s degree (with minimum 60% marks) in Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Botany/ Life Sciences/ Plant Molecular Biology or equivalent and fulfilling the norms/guidelines as prescribed in the ANRF OM No: ANRF/OM/N-01/2024 dated 14/10/2024 are eligible to apply. The upper age limit for the above post is 50 years.
Desirable Criteria
The candidate having very strong knowledge in computational biology will be preferred.

Eligible candidates may apply directly through Google Forms. The above position is completely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The fellowship/emolument amount is as sanctioned in the project and as per DBT/DST norms. The initial appointment will be for one year or till the tenability of the project, whichever is earlier, and tenure can be curtailed based on the assessment of the candidate’s performance and at the discretion of the Competent Authority. NIPGR reserves the right to select the candidate against the above post depending on the qualification and experience of the candidate. Reservation of posts shall be as per Govt. of India norms.

The appointment may be terminated at any time by giving one-month notice by either side. The applicants will have no implicit or explicit claim for consideration against any regular position of NIPGR.
