Key Responsibilities
- Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT) and conduct trend analysis of microbiological data.
- Carry out microbiological testing of Raw Materials, In-Process Samples, and Finished Products.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including: Autoclave, Laminar Air Flow (LAF), Incubators, pH Meter, Analytical & weighing balances.
- Prepare culture media and ensure proper sterilization and storage (Media Preparation).
- Perform daily verification and calibration of laboratory instruments as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and test reports.
- Follow all laboratory quality standards, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 0-1 years
- Education: BSc/MSc in Microbiology/Biotechnology
Skills Required
- Knowledge of basic microbiological testing techniques
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and aseptic practices
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Understanding of GLP and laboratory safety norms
- Good communication and teamwork skills
