Job Overview
This role sits at the intersection of medical affairs and data management, ensuring that funding requests and research documentation meet rigorous client and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request Management: Track and process requests within management systems and perform QC checks on Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) requests.
- Database Maintenance: Effectively clean and update client databases, learning platforms, and web-based applications to ensure global data consistency.
- Document Development: Create and update work instructions per request management systems and develop other high-quality medical documents.
- Resource Tracking: Maintain resource tracking sheets and provide regular status updates on project milestones.
- Project Support: Provide input for project plan development and identify delivery risks, proposing proactive resolution actions to Project Managers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build rapport with client colleagues and clearly articulate the project’s value and the broader Syneos Health vision.
