Job Overview:
The Biosimilars Analytical Team role involves analytical method development, validation, qualification, and batch release testing for biosimilar products. The position requires extensive hands-on experience with advanced analytical instruments, strong QMS knowledge, ALCOA++ compliance, and expertise in handling regulated documentation in a GMP-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical method development and validation for biosimilars
- Handle batch release testing and analytical qualification activities
- Operate instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, CE, RT-PCR, and spectrophotometers
- Execute ELISA, bioassays, glycan analysis, peptide mapping, and CE-SDS
- Ensure compliance with QMS and ALCOA++ principles
- Prepare and review SOPs, STPs, TTPs, TTRs, MVRs, MVPs, and MQRs
- Support biosimilar analytical studies and regulatory documentation
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences or related discipline
- 2–8 years of experience in biosimilars or biopharmaceutical analytical labs
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in biosimilars analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, UPLC, CE, RT-PCR, ELISA, and bioassays
- Knowledge of SEC, IEX, FTIR, SDS-PAGE, cIEF, and peptide mapping
- Excellent understanding of QMS and regulatory documentation
- Attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset
