Key Responsibilities & Role Scope
In this role, you will manage the intersection of pharmaceutical compliance, logistics, and data analytics.
- Event Production: Support scientific events by processing contracts, handling country-specific queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups with external experts.
- Project Planning: Track ongoing projects to ensure delivery within agreed quality parameters and timelines while adhering to internal compliance and transparency policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Review the work of junior associates, provide mentorship, and partner with transversal brand teams and creative agencies for seamless event execution.
- Logistics & Technical Support: Oversee attendee registration, AV needs, and hotel accommodations, while serving as a subject-matter expert for meeting technology solutions like Veeva and Cvent.
- Financial Oversight: Manage event budgets, perform financial reconciliations, and generate post-meeting reports to identify cost-efficiencies.
Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Post-Graduate degree in any stream; a Life Sciences degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
