Position Details
- Position Title: Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical)
- Location: Department of Biological Sciences, Bhopal By-pass Road, Bhauri, Bhopal 462066
- Project Title: Development of a Serum miRNA-Based Pan-Cancer Detection Kit for Early Diagnosis
Essential Qualification
Post-Graduation degree, including the integrated PG degree, in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in RNA Biology (Life Sciences Research) in a recognized lab OR Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university OR For Biotechnology Engineering – First Class Graduate degree of Four Years with three years experience.
Desirable Qualification
Candidates with prior research experience in Bio-informatics, Small RNA sequencing data analysis, Machine-learning algorithms, Molecular biology, clinical samples handling, miRNA research, miRNA detection methods, RT-PCR and RNA biology with a good publication record will be given preference.
Salary
Rs. 67,000/- per month + 20% HRA (Rs. 13,400) = Rs. 80,400/-
Duration
One year (extendable further based on performance and continuation of funding).
Age
Applicant should not have completed 40 years of age at the time of application.
