Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate physicochemical analytical methods for mAbs
- Support batch release testing for biologics and biosimilars
- Perform analysis using SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, CEX, and capillary electrophoresis
- Conduct glycan characterization using NP-HPLC
- Support higher-order structure analysis using DLS, DSC, CD spectroscopy, and SEC-MALS
- Assess product purity, identity, and stability of monoclonal antibodies and related formats
- Utilize statistical tools for data analysis and interpretation
- Collaborate cross-functionally within analytical and development teams
Experience
One year to two years of experience
Educational Qualification
M.Sc. in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Lifescience
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of monoclonal antibody characterization
- Hands-on experience in physicochemical method development and validation
- Knowledge of biosimilar analytical requirements
- Familiarity with GraphPad, JMP, or similar statistical software
- Strong documentation and scientific reporting skills
- Effective cross-functional communication abilities
