Job Overview:
This Life Science Jobs for Medical Contact Center Associate II role supports pharmacovigilance and medical information processes by responding to medical queries, handling product quality complaints, and managing adverse event data. This position involves rotational 24×7 shifts, remote work flexibility, and collaboration across safety, quality, and medical teams within Fortrea.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical information queries and product quality complaints
- Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within regulatory timelines
- Execute drug safety data management including call intake and documentation
- Perform peer review, case follow-up, and quality control activities
- Track safety metrics and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Create, update, and deliver training materials
- Conduct training effectiveness checks
- Ensure quality and accuracy of processed safety data
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, or a related field.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage inbound and outbound medical calls
- Experience with AE/SAE processing and safety databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
