Job Overview:
The Safety Systems Specialist will support Argus Safety system implementation, configuration, migration, and operational activities. This Specialist Jobs role involves working closely with PV systems teams, supporting UAT, reporting, data extraction, and ensuring compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations while delivering high-quality service to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support safety system implementation, configuration, and migration
- Maintain and document Argus Safety system configurations
- Develop standard and ad-hoc safety system reports
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and documentation
- Support PV data extraction including PSURs and DSURs
- Participate in data migration and validation activities
- Handle ticket management, issue resolution, and escalation
- Train team members on technical and functional systems
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and PV regulations
Educational Requirements:
- Life Science degree
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of Argus Safety system experience
- Experience in UAT, system upgrades, and configurations
- Knowledge of PV reporting and safety databases
- Understanding of SQL and system integration
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in Specialist Jobs
