Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely review, evaluation, and assignment of incoming PQCs.
- Maintain high-level knowledge and understanding of applicable procedures.
- Manage PQC mailboxes and maintain knowledge of product networks and defect categories.
- Ensure critical thinking and risk-appropriate timelines for triage and processing.
- Liaise with investigation sites for high-quality investigation reports.
- Engage proactively with upstream and downstream partners to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and be audit-ready.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support during audits and inspections.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, Bio-Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a global Pharmaceutical/Bio-pharmaceutical/Device organization, in a Quality role. Experience in Product Quality Complaints management is an advantage.
Required Competencies
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, profound understanding of global regulatory environments, and product knowledge.
