Key Responsibilities and Functional Scope
The role is divided between technical system administration and tactical project coordination to ensure all medical publications and promotional assets comply with global standards.
System Administration & Submission Support
- Tool Management: Act as the primary administrator for the iEnvision tool, configuring workflows, templates, and dashboards for publication planning.
- Asset Submission: Create submissions in FUSE using accurate metadata and categorization. You will ensure that all promotional assets meet required technical specifications.
- Scientific Support: Provide submission support for conference abstracts, posters, and manuscripts, including document uploads and troubleshooting.
- Governance: Manage user access and permissions while liaising with the Envision Pharma Group for system upgrades and feature implementations.
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with Medical Affairs, HEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research), and Regulatory teams to streamline workflows.
- Progress Tracking: Lead daily stand-up calls, develop project timelines, and track the progress of review cycles with scientific writing teams.
- Logistics: Manage vendor relationships for the printing and shipping of posters and handle copyright procurement requests as needed.
