Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacist job at Syngene involves the end-to-end lifecycle management of clinical supplies.
- Protocol Planning: Prepare protocol-specific pharmacy and secondary labeling plans.
- Inventory & Storage: Manage the receipt, verification, and temperature-controlled storage of IMP and NCS.
- Labeling Operations: Perform secondary labeling, relabeling, and expiry extensions as per approved plans.
- Logistics & Distribution: Plan and execute the supply and resupply of clinical materials to investigational sites, maintaining strict temperature compliance.
- Reconciliation & Destruction: Manage product returns, recalls, and final reconciliations; witness the destruction of clinical supplies as per SOPs.
- Unit Maintenance: Ensure periodic calibration and maintenance of all instrumentation within the Syngene Clinical Supply Unit.
- Key Focus: Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) and Non-Clinical Supplies (NCS) management.
- Regulatory Framework: Strict adherence to ICH-GCP and local Indian regulatory guidelines.
