Job Requirements
- Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or Medicine.
- Strong background in cellular and molecular biology processes, with basic knowledge in human pathology.
- Proficient in English.
- Good scientific research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Used to work paying attention to detail, with a high ability to interpret and explain large amounts of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of diverse collaborators.
- General computer proficiency (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new software tools.
Additional Requirements
- MSc and/or post-graduate laboratory research experience in Molecular Biology/Cell Biology would be highly desirable.
- Experience with pathway and network analyses is advantageous.
- Experience in databases and relationship models is advantageous for this Molecular Biology Job.
- Artificial Intelligence skills at the user/promoter level.
Job Responsibilities
- Deep analysis of the scientific literature to index molecular interactions and cellular mechanisms of normal and pathological processes.
- Use scientific expertise to ensure that the information is properly presented and organized following editorial policies in our Systems Biology database.
- Adhere to content publishing schedules and quality standards.
- Maintains and develops scientific knowledge and skills training as required to complete work and stay current on scientific trends and developments related to the employee’s editorial responsibilities.
- Takes initiative by raising, discussing, and contributing to resolving subject matter issues.
