Job Description:
Applications are invited for the one post of Junior Research Fellow in an Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF)-sponsored project entitled “Biochemical and functional characterization of molecular crosstalk and synthesis of extracellular polymers (EPS) for adaptive fitness of cyanobacteria under dynamic environmental stress”. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
- Project title: Biochemical and functional characterization of molecular crosstalk and synthesis of extracellular polymers (EPS) for adaptive fitness of cyanobacteria under dynamic environmental stress.
- Principal Investigator: Dr. V. K. Kannaujiya
- Fellowship amount: Rs.37,000/- +HRA
- Upper age Limit: 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates).
- Duration: 03 year
Essential Qualification Junior Research Fellow:
- The candidates should hold an M.Sc. degree in Botany, Applied Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Biotechnology with at least 55% marks and above.
- Candidate must have qualified for the NET or GATE examination.
- Candidates with experience in the research area of the project will be preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in phycology, molecular biology, biopolymer research, biochemical tools and techniques, or related fields will be preferred.
