Project Description
The project aims to characterize the role of auxiliary miRNA biogenesis factors in aging and age-related diseases using the fruit fly model.
Essential and Desirable Qualifications
- Candidates with a post-graduate degree in basic science (Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry) with any National level Test (NET, GATE) qualification are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in the techniques of molecular biology, virology, and mammalian cell culture are given preference.
Duration of Appointment
Initially 6 months (on a temporary basis), extendable up to 3 years. This position may lead to a doctoral degree based on performance.
Fellowship
Rs. 37,000/- pm + 8% HRA
