Job Overview:
As a Centralized Monitoring Assistant at IQVIA, you will provide project-related support to clinical study teams, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. The role involves assisting with study trackers, running system reports, managing site-level data, supporting CMs and TSS teams, and facilitating early identification of site-level risks or issues. You’ll also participate in team and client meetings, contributing to the smooth execution of clinical research projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete role-specific training to perform duties effectively.
- Provide study-level administrative support including status reports, trackers, and follow-ups.
- Assist in updating and maintaining project systems and tracking compliance.
- Prepare i-site packs for assigned studies.
- Handle access management tasks for project execution support.
- Support technical solution specialists with Excel formulations and front-end tasks.
- Monitor site performance and recommend timely corrective actions.
- Review and implement the Study Central Monitoring Plan.
- Attend kick-off, weekly, and client meetings as required.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate/postgraduate in Life Sciences or educational equivalent.
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of applicable research and regulatory requirements (e.g., International Conference on Harmonisation—Good Clinical Practice).
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
- Good listening, phone, and data entry skills.
