Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine analytical tests following approved methods and good documentation practices.
- Receive, register, prepare and store samples according to laboratory procedures.
- Review test results against specifications and trends and report deviations promptly.
- Carry out basic equipment checks, clean work areas and support calibration and maintenance activities.
- Support method transfers, validations and investigations into unexpected results.
- Maintain clear laboratory records and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in laboratory techniques and safe sample handling.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Ability to follow written procedures and laboratory protocols.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- This role is on-site in India and requires working at the laboratory location.
Preferred Skills
- Prior laboratory experience in a regulated environment or internships in analytical testing.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and good laboratory practices.
- Experience with common laboratory instruments and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of stability testing, environmental monitoring or microbiology techniques.
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and electronic laboratory systems.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools.
