Job Overview:
The Research Associate—Biological Sciences role is part of the Biologics Product Development team based in Hyderabad. This position focuses on method development, functional assay qualification, cell culture activities, data analysis, and compliance-driven documentation to support biosimilar drug development programs.
Key Responsibilities for Research Associate Job:
- Execute method development and qualification of functional assays
- Perform sample analysis, data recording, and timely reporting
- Maintain cell cultures and prepare master and working cell banks
- Present research findings in group meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams
- Maintain GDP-compliant laboratory documentation
- Support equipment calibration and inventory management

Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology or related field

- 0-3 years of experience in cell-based and ligand-binding assays with a focus on method development and qualification.
- Preferred experience of handling SPR / FACS.
- Preferred experience with experimental design, data analysis and reporting.
