Job Overview
The Genome Analyst – Exome / GC Data Analysis role involves analysis and
interpretation of WES/WGS data for clinical and research applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret Whole-Exome Sequencing (WES) and Whole-Genome
Sequencing (WGS) data.
• Perform variant annotation, filtration, and classification using established tools
and databases.
• Apply ACMG guidelines for variant interpretation and classification.
• Correlate genomic findings with clinical phenotypes.
• Integrate and visualize large genomic datasets using relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely
reporting.
• Assist in preparation of clinical genomic reports.
• Contribute to improving bioinformatics pipelines and workflows.
• Stay updated with advances in genomic medicine and variant interpretation.
Required Qualifications
• M.Sc. in Human Genetics, Genomics, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology,
Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
