Job Overview:
The eTMF Executive role supports clinical research operations by managing Trial Master File documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining inspection readiness. This Executive job plays a critical role in documentation accuracy, system oversight, and coordination with clinical teams, contributing directly to successful clinical trial execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and maintain trial-related documentation
- Ensure version control and document quality compliance
- Maintain and manage the eTMF system structure
- Support regulatory inspections and TMF audits
- Coordinate with CRAs for TMF updates and gap analysis
- Continuously improve eTMF processes and workflows
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field, such as biology, or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Relevant experience of 0-2 years minimum in the field of clinical research.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation processes
- Knowledge of Trial Master File and eTMF systems
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation
- Effective communication and coordination skills
