Job Details:
The Senior Executive – Process Sciences role focuses on upstream process development for monoclonal antibodies, including aseptic operations, media and feed optimization, bioreactor handling, and data-driven process improvement within GLP/GMP environments.
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc./M.Tech./PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and plan mAb upstream processing activities independently
- Perform aseptic cell culture and sterile operations
- Work with disposable and glass laboratory bioreactors
- Conduct media, feed, and supplement preparation and filtration
- Operate automated bioanalyzers and cell counters
- Perform clone, media, and feed screening using AMBR systems
- Optimize upstream processes at laboratory scale (5L–10L)
- Apply DOE, data trending, and data analysis
- Ensure GMP documentation and QA compliance
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in upstream bioprocess development
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP regulatory environments
- Data analysis and process optimization skills
- Leadership exposure in biopharma settings
