Job Details:
This Executive Job is part of the R&D1 Regulatory Affairs business unit at Sun Pharma, based in Baroda. The role focuses on developing and qualifying SPR-based analytical methods, characterizing innovator products, and supporting analytical similarity assessments. The position plays a key role in ensuring regulatory and quality excellence across pipeline products, making it a valuable Life Science Job for biotechnology professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SPR-based methods to measure kinetic and equilibrium binding constants
- Perform analytical method qualification for pipeline products
- Characterize innovator product batches from different regions
- Prepare quality target profiles and similarity assessments
- Generate Method Development Reports (MDR) and Analytical Test Procedures (ATP)
- Operate and maintain analytical laboratories in compliance with GLP
- Manage operation and maintenance of SPR instruments
- Handle chemicals, consumables, and critical reagents inventory
- Perform instrument calibration and troubleshoot equipment issues
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology or relevant Life Science discipline
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SPR techniques
- Analytical method development and qualification expertise
- Understanding of GLP laboratory practices
- Experience in protein and peptide characterization
- Documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to manage laboratory instruments and reagents
