Job Overview
This is a time-critical, hands-on role focused on supporting patient identification and site engagement during a narrow enrollment window.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Acceleration: Act as the primary liaison to investigational sites to drive rapid identification and referral of eligible patients.
- Site Engagement: Work closely with investigators and study coordinators to implement site-level strategies and overcome enrollment barriers.
- Medical Outreach: Support patient-finding activities through site-based engagement and medical community outreach.
- Site Education: Provide ongoing communication and education regarding complex eligibility criteria and enrollment processes.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify enrollment challenges, escalate risks, and propose practical mitigation strategies.
- Progress Tracking: Provide regular, data-driven insights and updates on recruitment progress to the sponsor and the TFS study team.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this Clinical Trial Job, candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in specialized therapeutic recruitment.
- Education: Background in Life Sciences or a related healthcare field.
- Core Experience: Proven track record in supporting patient recruitment specifically for Phase 2/3 clinical trials.
- Therapeutic Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Hematology or Rare Diseases. Specific experience in Myelofibrosis or rare hematologic malignancies is highly preferred.
- Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of site-based patient identification methodologies within the Indian healthcare landscape.
- Travel Mobility: Ability to travel to sites nationwide; living near a major airport is highly desirable.
