Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Data Manager I based in Bengaluru. The role
involves managing the end-to-end clinical data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and
regulatory compliance of clinical trial data.
The Clinical Data Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support efficient
study execution and maintain high-quality data standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage clinical data from collection through database lock
• Design, configure, and maintain Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems
• Perform data validation and discrepancy management
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and SOPs
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and other stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of data quality, documentation, and integrity
• Support audits and inspections when required
Qualifications & Eligibility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in clinical data management
• Hands-on experience in clinical data validation and EDC systems
• Strong understanding of clinical data management processes
• Knowledge of global regulatory standards governing clinical data
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• CCDA certification is an added advantage
