Job Overview:
The Analyst II Global Data Manager role is a junior-level professional contributor position within Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR). This analyst job involves oversight and execution of clinical data management activities across low to moderate complexity trials or a single high-complexity trial, while supporting regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and data integrity throughout the clinical development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination with external suppliers, trial customers, and internal partners
- Review and align eCRF and clinical data collection requirements
- Establish data conventions, quality expectations, and dataset structures
- Track and deliver data management milestones on time
- Review clinical data management documentation and submission packages
- Ensure inspection readiness and support audits
- Participate in process, system, and tool improvement initiatives
Global Data Manager Role-Specific Responsibilities:
- Perform trial-level oversight controls and/or execute data management activities per applicable procedures, with DML direction.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BS, BA) or equivalent professional experience is required, preferably in Clinical Data Management. Advanced degrees preferred (e.g., Master’s, PhD).
Experience Requirements:
- Approximately 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotech industry or related field or industry.
- Experience in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry or related industry.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and teams.
