About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support MCI Pharma delivery and
solutioning projects. The role involves analyzing, curating, and synthesizing high-quality
information from the Contify platform and other credible sources to deliver actionable
intelligence to clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain.
The Research Analyst will work closely with internal delivery, product, and technical teams
to ensure accurate, relevant, and timely intelligence delivery aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Review, analyze, and curate content sourced from the Contify platform, ensuring
alignment with defined project scope and coverage
• Publish high-quality intelligence outputs including reports, executive summaries,
company profiles, and competitive benchmarks
• Periodically benchmark companies across the pharmaceutical and healthcare
landscape
• Create newsletters by sourcing, filtering, and synthesizing relevant content from the
Contify platform and external credible sources
• Conduct secondary research across scientific, clinical, commercial, corporate, market,
and investor-related information
• Monitor and cover industry events, conferences, and investor meets (live and offline)
and prepare concise post-event reports
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to report platform issues, suggest
enhancements, and improve user experience and productivity
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in all research deliverables
Educational Qualifications
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
• Ability to read, interpret, and summarize scientific, clinical, and business content
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Comfortable working with online research platforms, databases, and digital tools
• Strong attention to detail with effective time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
