Key Responsibilities
- Perform method validation and verification for DS, DP, and in-process samples
- Conduct stability studies, IRS qualification, and biosimilarity activities
- Prepare specifications, STPs, SOPs, COA, MVP, MVR, and MTR documents
- Coordinate external and in-house calibration of laboratory instruments
- Manage laboratory chemicals, standards, consumables, and inventory
- Maintain equipment usage logbooks and laboratory records
- Conduct analyst qualification and provide training
- Initiate and track QMS activities and ensure cGMP compliance
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and assigned responsibilities
Qualification
Masters degree in Biotechnology or relevant subjects.
Experience
2 -5 years of relevant hands-on experience and proficiency in tasks such as CEX-HPLC, SE-HPLC, ELISA, HCDNA by RT-PCR, Maurice, SOLO VPE, HCP, Peptide Mapping, Glycan Analysis, and Capillary Electrophoresis analysis.
