Production Executive / Officer – Injectable & Vaccine Manufacturing

Role Summary
Bharat Biotech is seeking experienced Production professionals to support Drug Substance (Bioprocess) and Drug Product (Formulation & Filling) operations in injectable and vaccine manufacturing. The role involves hands-on execution of GMP manufacturing activities, equipment operation, and process compliance in a regulated environment.
Open Production Areas
1 Drug Substance (Bioprocess)
Upstream Operations:
· Cell culture and fermentation processes
· Media preparation and handling
· Autoclave operation and sterilization processes
Downstream Operations:
· Virus culture handling
· Centrifugation and clarification
· Purification processes including TFF and chromatography
· Buffer preparation and downstream equipment handling
2 Drug Product (Formulation & Filling)
· Injectable formulation preparation
· Aseptic filling operations (Vials, BFS, PFS)
· Operation of C-RABS, O-RABS, and Isolator systems
· Sealing and capping of vials
· Vial washing and autoclave operations
· Compliance with aseptic and cleanroom practices
Key Responsibilities
· Execute production activities as per GMP, SOPs, and batch records
· Operate and monitor production equipment and systems
· Maintain accurate batch documentation and logbooks
· Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and cleanroom behavior
· Support deviation handling, investigations, and CAPA activities
· Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams
· Follow safety, environmental, and compliance standards at all times
Qualifications
· ITI / Diploma / Graduation / Post Graduation
· Relevant disciplines preferred:
o Biotechnology
o Microbiology
o Biochemistry
o Life Sciences
o Pharmacy
o Chemical Engineering or related fields
Required Skills & Knowledge
· Hands-on experience in injectable or vaccine manufacturing
· Strong understanding of GMP and aseptic manufacturing practices
· Knowledge of cleanroom operations and contamination control
· Equipment operation and troubleshooting skills
· Good documentation and compliance mindset
· Ability to work in shift-based operations
