Educational Requirements:
- PhD in Life Sciences or a related discipline with hands-on experience in assay development
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in vitro cell-based assays for efficacy and cytotoxicity
- Design and execute 2D and 3D co-culture experiments
- Conduct immunophenotyping using flow cytometry
- Perform cytokine profiling using Luminex, ELISA and CBA
- Utilize Incucyte for real-time imaging studies
- Analyze data using GraphPad Prism, FlowJo or equivalent tools
- Maintain ELN documentation and support lab operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and EHS guidelines
