Job Overview:
The Vendor Manager Associate supports vendor qualification and requalification activities for third-party clinical vendors. The role involves coordination with quality, sourcing, and subject matter experts to ensure vendors meet compliance, documentation, and audit readiness standards.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry
- Prior exposure to vendor management, vendor qualification, QA, CRO, pharma, or biotech environments preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Support qualification and requalification of clinical vendors
- Coordinate vendor assessments with QA, sourcing, and functional SMEs
- Issue, collect, and review vendor qualification documents (CDA, DDF, RFI)
- Maintain accurate vendor files and documentation for audits
- Support vendor qualification audits and CAPA activities
- Maintain and update the Qualified Supplier List (QSL)
- Participate in additional vendor quality initiatives as required
